- Hookah service can be done only in separated spaces, and it must be ordered in advance.,
- It is not welcome to go out for smoking on the street during your stay on territory of the Club "MATE" - it disrupts the schedule of our club and carries unfavorable smells in our fragrant atmosphere of spaces.
- The time for booking an individual space is 2.5 hours on weekdays and 2 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
- Beverages are prior in our menu. The Price Category of Beverages in a separate space is indicated in the menu separately.
- There are no alcoholic beverages in our menu and we will REFUSE the guest in the visit in case he/she smells alcohol. (Mate is forbidden to drink after alcohol for medical reasons). In this case, you will be offered something that does not bring additional loads from our menu)
- Making photographs of interiors in our club is prohibited.
- Outerwear and shoes are taken off in our club. You will be offered new and very beautiful socks according to your birthday by the Mayan Solar Sign in return.
- It is prohibited to play card games or do psychological sessions without Administrations’ permission.
- Additional time must be booked in advance, during a phone call – to avoid misunderstanding. Remember: all the separate spaces are limited in time.
- While ordering, you must indicate the presence of your Club card or your name immediately, if you leave your data for a cumulative discount and your phone number.
- In case you are coming for the first time, be sure to tell it by phone to our administrator.
- We remind you that CCTV is being monitored on territory of the Club, so please observe the rules adopted in public places.
- Interior things, masks, etc. MUST NOT be taken on or moved, because we have many items authentic and in a single copy - we will be grateful to you following this rule
